LARRY WENT TO OUR HOME, DIAGNOSED THE DIFFICULTY, AND LITERALLY BY THE END OF THE DAY–PROBLEM SOLVED! GREAT SALES AND SERVICE STAFF
I have owned a Sundance Spa for over a year. Anchor Pools in Yorktown, VA has a great sales and service staff. Lizzie worked with me to pick out the best hot tub and explained all the options. Steve and Juan has provided great service from delivery, installation and my annual service. I use the spa on a daily basis. It is well insulated, uses very little electricity, and very easy to maintain.

Anchor Pools installed a new liner in my pool this year and I could not be more pleased with the workmanship and end result of this job. Dave, with 30+ years experience in this field is definitely a valuable asset to Anchor Pools. The courtesy and promptness of the Service Department, Brad Kelly and the entire crew is simply unmatched. Anchor Pools has become my “go-to” place for many years now and I would not change a thing about that. Let’s not forget the staff in Retail, they are always a pleasure to interact with, very courteous, friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone for a great job. My pool is absolutely beautiful and gets a lot of comments from people, even my lawn service crew the other day. GREAT RESPONSE AND SERVICE
After a fallen tree caused serious damage to my pool (Installed by Anchor in 2006), I called Anchor who immediately provided me with an estimate for my insurance company and has since completed all the work that included liner replacement, concrete and coping repair! We never spent a weekend without the pool! Thanks for the service and the professional repair!!

We experienced a problem with our pool pump while on vacation. After our neighbor called us about the very loud noise, we called Anchor and Liz Tylavsky was most helpful in connecting us to Larry, service specialist and technician. Things happened immediately. Larry went to our home, diagnosed the difficulty, and literally by the end of the day–problem solved! We deal with Anchor on a regular basis and we know of their excellent customer service and expertise.

We wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the service team at Anchor Pools. This year we had to replace our pool pump. Brad addressed all my pump questions and made several product recommendations. He was instrumental in having the pump installed in a very timely manner, so we could fully enjoy the pool season. Corey and Bret came to do the pump installation and did an amazing job. In the process, they observed some potential issues that would be costly if not addressed. They brought these issues to our attention and also shared them with Chris, their manager. We never felt pressured to make the repairs. We were very appreciative that they brought these issues to our attention. We asked them to have Chris contact us with some options. He was kind enough to come out to the house and evaluate the situation himself. He quickly offered several options and we scheduled the repair. Corey and Bret came to do the follow up repair. In the process, they noticed a more cost savings option and immediately took action. The repair was completed very quickly. We truly appreciated their honesty and their professionalism. The team as a whole, from the first interaction of purchasing the pump to the final repair, were always friendly and professional. We would strongly recommend Anchor Pools to anyone who has a pool. They did an AMAZING JOB!!!!
