Step 1 - Sanitize with Silk Tabs or Silk Sticks
Silk Tabs and Silk Sticks, the latest innovation from Bioguard, make your swimming pool water feel extraordinarily soft and smooth. What's more they contain SilkGuard, a unique additive that protects your equipment from corrosion, stains and hard water scale while killing bateria. This chlorinating product also contains SunSheild, which protects chlorine from sunlight for longer-lasting sanitation in the pool water. Silk Tabs and Silk Sticks can be dispensed through the skimmer, floater or with an automatic chlorinator.
Step 2 - Restore pool water sparkle with Burn Out Extreme, Burn Out 35 or Smart Shock
Apply Burn Out Extreme or Burn Out 35 every week to destroy organic contaminants commonly found in swimming pool water. Both products kill algae and restore sparkle. Smart Shock is also a great alternative oxidizer for this program.
Step 3 - Prevent algae with Back Up
Don't skip this step! Prevent algae with Back Up. Stop it before it starts. Back Up is a highly effective, broad spectrum algae preventative. If the pool has an attached spa or water feature, use non-foaming BioGuard Algae All 60 instead.
